Gina Ford flour? Shock

She really has her fingers in all the pies (pancakes) now dosen't she?

Are you sure you need to stick to a routine during pancake day even?

do you have xanthan gum .. I found you could make anything as long as you used a tsp of xanthan gum as a stabilizer to the gluten free flour

normal pancakes with GF flour taste lovely

we had them last night at a friend's house (whose son is GF)

I make GF pancakes using the same recipe as for ordinary ones but adding an extra egg. I use Tritamyl flour which is available on prescription and I use it for all GF baking needs except bread. Don't tend to put xanthum gum in for pancakes though might try it tonight.

Orgran pancakes have the convenience factor - you can get them from some health food shops. You just mix with fluid - can be water. They are also egg free.

buckwheat and rice flour - we have them every week- lovely. The more buckwheat you use the heavier the pancake. You don't need xanthan gum.
