Apparently, the white one will still be available in 400g loaf but Tesco near me, only had the new one on the shelf.

The new bread is minging!! No better than Sainsburys Freefrom or Tesco sponge-like hell. What were they thinking? I will be buying the cheaper stuff I think...

Guess what? I thought that! I felt like it was just me!! On Twitter they've had lots of positive feedback but I just felt like I was eating a bathroom sponge. I had been wondering whether it was a case of the Emperor's new clothes! I had been thinking of letting them know how I felt but when I tried feeding back about some trouble I was having with their new pittas (the pockets stuck together and did)n't open I got quite a defensive response, so didn't feel like they really wanted honest feedback.

It's awful isn't it. I didn't mind paying the extra pound when it was something I could have fresh but it's awful now. Well I'm glad it's not just me!
