DD has to be milk free for 6 weeks.
I know I shouldn't complain, it's not a serious allergy which I'm sure some of your LO's have.
Have you tried to cook with the milk alternatives?
I can manage the butter alternative and will try cakes, flapjacks and pastry etc.
I can manage lots of dishes without milk.
I still need to get calcium both in DD and in other family members as well so what can I do for lasagne white sauce etc?
Chicken supreme? Fish pie?
Or are these types of dishes just not worth it?
In recipe section, there are no recipes using the alternatives.
