Peanut oil in vitamins

Hi all, I was buying vitamins for my dc today & reading through ingredients as usual looking for dairy or egg but was very surprised to see that haliborange vitamins have peanut oil in them. My ds isn't allergic to peanuts according to hospital tests but as he is only 3 we are still avoiding them do I didn't buy vitamins. Was just surprised to see it in there.

Yep, it's a minefield. Our dietician eventually prescribed Dalivit (only vitamin drops she could find which didn't contain milk, nuts or citrus).

Dalivit doesn't have calcium, but does contain vits A,B,C and D. The dietician said calcium wasn't a problem as I provide a balanced diet and am still breastfeeding (DS is nearly 3 so this was quite enlightened of her!). Her main concern was vitamin D.
