If your DC has eczema under their chin...

What do you put on it? I don't want to use cream etc as not much air gets in there. She is quite chubby and I don't want to make the problem worse. She itches it quite often. What do you do or what would you suggest?

Wash with water and the use 50/50 cream which makes a lovely gentle barrier.
