DD1 (aged 10) is due to have an egg challenge in hospital next week. For the first time ever, her RAST results are low enough for this to be possible.
Apart from the obvious cake-eating possibilities, our main hope is that she will be able to have the yellow fever vaccination, so that we can travel to Kenya to visit close family.
I've read various threads on here about the egg challenge itself - very helpful knowing what to expect. But has anyone got experience of going on to have the yellow fever vaccination? Any tips on where to go to get it done in these circumstances?
I feel awful putting her through this, but would love to be able to take the children to Kenya for what is likely to be a wonderful experience.
