Am I being silly thinking I could make bread for my DDs without using any eggs, soya, gluten or dairy products? I've searched the net but to no avail.

I am a coeliac (gluten free) and whilst I haven't made bread for about a year (threw the blade away with the bread machine by accident!) All I used was gluten free flour (I livein Spain so can't recommend a certain brand for UK), olive oil, yeast and warm water. easy peasy and not bad tasting either. Alternatively check out Genius - they make fresh bread reasonably and it is available in most supermarkets - pretty sure it would be OK but you should check the ingredients - they also have a website.

I'm pretty sure Ener-G do a bread that is free from all of the above. They used to sell it in Sainsbury's in the free-from range but not checked recently. They do have a website. It's the soya that's the problem as I could recommend a few that are free-from all the others because my son is allergic to milk, wheat, eggs and nuts but not soya thankfully (tho they thought he was for a while). Good luck! And let me know know if you need any other ideas and I'll do my best to help x
