Hi, my non-allergic dd has asked me to make a victoria sponge for the royal wedding bbq we are having, but ds is allergic to dairy, eggs and nuts. Does anyone have a recipe I could use? Many thanks.

The recipes on here http://www.parsleysoup.co.uk) always work well, the lemon cake is very nice.

this?

basically any vegan recipe will work.

This chocolate cake is lovely but I'm not sure on the rules on chocolate victoria sponges.

For most vegan recipes you find when googling, you'll need cups - I bought a cheap set of measuring cups and i'm not looking back. Really easy way of baking.

try the Intolerant Gourmet for a plain victoria? Although her chocolate muffins are much nicer...
