Girls Easter Gifts - NOT Chocolate/Food

Just wondering if anyone on this board can help me out with an Easter problem I have.

Cousin's DCs have between them: Nut Allergy (VERY allergic), Wheat (Coeliac), Dairy, Eggs and Soya. So I can never just buy them an easter egg for Easter Sad.

Over the years I've bought different things (usually springtime/garden/craft related) but this year I'm really stuck for ideas. Last year I got easter themed hair accessories and purses with bunnies on!

Has anyone found anything nice that would suit girls aged 7 and 10?

I'd be really grateful for some inspiration and also I'd love to know how you parents cope with the Chocolate Festival that Easter has become. I know its hard for my cousin and it must be hard for all of you.

I just wondered if anyone had found anything original for their DCs with allergies. I got my DN a beautiful little ceramic egg trinket box once from Avon years ago - it was very small and subtle. I just wondered if anyone had found anything like that?

What about a Hello Kitty/ HSM/ Hannah Montana cup and egg cup set? (maybe not for egg allergic dc).

Some traditional shops sell tin eggs (or sometimes made of cardboard)that come apart and can be filled with sweets (perhaps there are sweets at the health food shop that would be suitable). I have filled them with jewellery and little gifts in the past.

baker Ross have lots of Easter themed craft products online and in their catalogue

Lush often do bath bombs in easter egg shapes this time of year if they like (are not allergic )to bath products.

paperchase (online and in store) have the eggs that can store sweets etc in their Easter decorations section (New for Spring) and have lots of little baskets/ decorations and cuddly toys for Easter - they have a nice set of of easter themed (nesting) russian dolls in easter gifts.

Also a couple of years ago a dear friend took my DD to Build a bear workshop and she chose a (easter) bunny and had it filled and bought clothes etc for it - It is not the sort of thing I would have ever bought her but my DD loved it

I'm getting quite excited with your ideas. I usually really enjoy hunting out non-food easter gifts, but just feel a bit lost this year.
