I did a presentation at my local college to early years students last night.

it went very well, with lots of questions.
Its nice to be able to talk about allergies from a parental view and from someone who works with young children.

hopefully these students will be able to support food allergic children and parents.

glad it went well eragon, what allergies does your child have

eragon · 17/03/2011 21:28

peanut
beans
kiwi
yeast extract
dog
cat
tree pollen
hay fever
raw egg
dustmite
brazil nut

and new as yet unknown seed allergy, and recent problems eating cooked egg, during this tree pollen season. may be due to 'allergy cup ' being too full, or re-emergence of cooked egg allergy.

has grown out of some allergies, and has had food challenges in hospital settings over the years.

was a classic food allergic infant, showing the three signs of food allergy before 3 months.
