d&v - can i still give neocate?

Am giving ds2 (7mo) water and dried toast but he is hungry and weak. He had readybrek with rice mlk this am and it all came up again. I know i should avoid "dairy" with a bug, but can i still give neocate (little and often to avoid more vomiting!)?

I would try a little neocate but very diluted ie 2 scoops in 5ozs of water for example and just see if he can keep it down.

If possible don't let him guzzle it but offer it every 15mins or so and let him have a little bit (easier said than done I know!!)
