I'm wondering if anyone's baby has had this - my understanding is that usually there's intolerance to both. But I'm suspicious it may be just soya in our case, if that's possible.

I'm pretty sure that this is entirely possible. I've most often heard of children reacting to milk and soy as well, but that could just be that milk allergy is more common. Certainly when they do the RAST blood test they can test for both separately.

Thanks. I've been told to give up both - which I've tried previously to no avail - and I think she might be a bit better. I'd successfully cut milk protein out last time but I hadn't realised how ubiquitous soya is and now I'm not eating any it seems she's improved a bit. I've never been convinced that cow's milk bothered her so maybe it's just soya. I'll give it a couple of weeks then test the theory.
