Children with allergies being let down on BBC website today. Comments are being sought from people who have had difficulty getting [NHS] treatment for allergies.

No, I didn't apply - my family is affected by asthma, eczema and hayfever but not (so far, thankfully) food allergies. Have you been told who did get on?
