Delicious recipe for traybake, lactose and gluten free?

DS's best friend at nursery is highly allergic to lactose and gluten and can't eat most cakes etc. (but can do egg). Nursery are having a baking sale and I thought it would be nice if DS could make a traybake that his friend could eat too. Any ideas? Grateful for all suggestions.

And does anyone know if edible glitter is OK?

Many thanks

One more bump and then I'll try this in 'Food'!

Rocky road made with half soya chocolate and half plain chocolate, put in mini marshmallows, glacé cherries and some crushed gluten free biscuits.

My DS and all my friend's kids love it.

You can get dairy free soya chocolate in big bars in tesco and Lindt 70% chocolate is dairy free.

I think you'd have to check the individual glitter packet to be sure as may contain gluten

Alternatively could melt marshmallows and mix in rice krispies.

Thanks Trixy! That sounds perfect.
