I don't really eat nuts, I don't like them, I never have

But I love marzipan, & macaroons, and I bake with ground almonds

I haven't had any for ages (no marzipan, no baking to busy) then last night I had some bits of marzipan of DD's cake I was icing

This morning I have woken up with a sore mouth (large ulcers) stiff neck & a really bad attack of IBS

Could this be an intolerance?
