Hi,
DS is intolerant to dairy, eggs, several vegetables including tomatos, soya, oats, several fruits. Lots of foods he loves, he cannot have.

I am in need of inspiration! I work fulltime and finding it really hard to experiment to find recipes he likes. I am getting so stressed about this.

What is the best recipe book for children you've come across? I need help.

'Allergy-free Cookbook' by Alice Sherwood, recipes can be adapted depending on what your child is allergic to. My ds cannot have dairy and eggs aswell, so I can recommend the chocolate brownies and chocolate cake (which I have used for several birthdays) and the pancakes.

thanks brooke73, I am off to get that book.
I am really interested in day to day recipes for dinner. I've realised I am not good at using spices... have relied too much on tomato.

if anyone else can recommend books, i'm all ears. thanks
