Home alcohol detox?

Hello everyone.

Any recommendations please for home alcohol detox in the north of England?

I have previously detoxed at Oasis in Bradford but cannot afford that again, unless they accept credit card payments.

I home detoxed by telling everyone I had to stop, stocking up on sweet, easy drinks and snacks, protein too and getting to at least one AA meeting a day. 18 years sober ago so it worked!
