After waking up with another hangover I want to stop drinking.
Are there any good podcasts or books that you can recommend? Would prefer something quite lighthearted so that I will want to listen or read

Bryony Gordon's podcast is good - she has a lot of sober guests on and she's sober herself. Not all of it is about that but it's usually quite light!

The Jason Vale book on this is excellent and a fun read. It really helps change your mindset. "How to kick the drink easily' or something like that

I’d recommend Hooked: The Unexpected Addicts (it’s on bbc sounds). It’s very honest and relateable. Obviously it’s serious subject matter but also quite funny at times too.

The Sober Diaries was really good, I listened to the audiobook

Sober Awkward is good and funny.

The unexpected joy of being sober is very good. I could relate to quite a bit of it and it made me realise a lot.
Im on day 231 of being completely dry and just the thought of another hangover is enough to stop me from drinking ever again, I don’t want to waste another day of my life.
