After another blip of a couple of weeks of eating poorly and drinking too much alcohol, I've decided next week I'm getting back on track with trying to make healthier choices. For me, there's a definite correlation between having my shit together in other areas of my life like eating well and exercising and being less tempted to drink. I'm sure it's the case for lots of us, however much we might not want to admit it at times.
If anyone wants to share the small wins (or big ones) they've had, feel free to jump in. My first one for today is I've bookmarked some new tasty looking recipes to try next week and the ingredients have been added to my online food shop. I'm liking how colourful my shopping basket looks!
