Is there a dry Jan thread for 2026?

I’m doing dry January. I spent a lot of last year going several weeks at a time not drinking and very moderately when I did, but of course took the brakes of over Xmas and, although I didn’t exceed 14 units Xmas week, this was on only two occasions, so my body is ready for a rest and reset again.

Ha I will start one with a proper title then and see if k get any company!
