Kudzu? Genuine Brands?

Can someone point me in the direction of genuine quality kudzu? Looking to try it for various reasons including cutting alcohol consumption. Have read many UK suppliers are selling below par products and it’s actually quite difficult to get genuine % supplements. Help? X

Very quick google suggests that any purported benefits are 'possibly this, possibly that' on studies of such small size that I think you'd be better to seek professional guidance re alcohol uses etc.

@Harrysmummy246 thanks for your reply but not what I was looking for. I’ve done my own reading on it and I want to try it for various reasons as stated. Just looking for input from anyone who has tried it and / or has recommendations on where is best to get it from.

Been around people trying to quit drinking for a long time and I’ve never known anyone to use it here in the UK. Possibly because we don’t really grow kudzu here. There are absolutely clinically proven approaches to reducing alcohol consumption. I don’t think this is one of them, which is why it’s hard to find reliable information.
