Started to drink last weekend and now I can't stop thinking about it and am drinking every night

I'm sorry this has happened.

But you have done it before, and you can do it again.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get sober again.

You’ve done it once. You now know what it’s like to start again. It’s miserable and you feel like shit. But you don’t have to. You can get yourself back to where you were because you know how to do it.

What sort of sober do you have? Did you do AA? Have a sober group in person or online? If not, can you find one?
