I’m right here with you. Keep telling myself “today will be the last” and then it isn’t. I guess we need to understand why we’re drinking. Do you know why?

Hope you are okay. Just take each day, each hour at a time. And never quit trying to quit. It has to stick one day and every sober day is a good one lovely
