Aligners

Has anyone had aligners and not able to tolerate keeping them in for 22 hours a day?

I’d be interested in this too. I drink hot drinks all day long so it would be a sacrifice to give them up.

Was this meant to be posted in the alcohol support group, as I don’t see the link?

When I had invisalign I lost weight because it stopped me snacking! It is hard to keep them in all that time though. What was most annoying was having to brush my teeth half way through the working day - taking brush and toothpaste to work and having to faff about in the bathroom and having people ask me what I was doing etc. It was definitely worth it though.
