I am an alcoholic of 36 years. Trying to stay sober this coming year.

Why now

Need and want to change life.

Good for you have you got a plan of how your going to do it

You’ll need a lot of support and determination but you can absolutely do it if you are ready. What support have you got lined up?

You may already know this but if you’re physically dependent on alcohol it’s inadvisable to go cold turkey.

I am in a different environment 82 days sober.
