Proper hypnotherapy can be very effective for dealing with problem drinking. I don’t know specifically much about this one, but I’m always sceptical of any sort of app or programme sold as a generic package. Hypnotherapy, done right, is very personalised to the individual, their concerns and triggers, and the tools that work well them. It generally includes an element of talking therapy and reflection on changes made, not just mindlessly listening to tapes. So yes, it can work really well and I know people who’ve used it (and I’ve used it myself), but if it was me, I’d want to work one to one with a hypnotherapist, not just use an app.

I have used their stop binge eating. It has worked and Catherine soothes me to sleep every night 😊 Took about 3 weeks to work. Beaten stress/ emotional eating that I have had for 50+ years. Turned off the 'food noise' without injections.

I have been using clear minds since new year, for both drinking and eating. It's really helped me, I've gone from a bottle of wine most days to rarely drinking. I've had a few slip ups, but I've managed to get back on the wagon again. I find the "sleep edition" recordings the most helpful.
