I'm with ye !! Day 2 for me aswell today . Well my first AF night was last night , so depending on whether you start at day zero or day one ! Always confuses me !

Day 3 . Feel fine thanks. Doggo has decided the sun is up so so are we. Just stopped but wasn’t at dangerous levels for just stopping

Day 7. Yesterday was okay, not as bad as anticipated like many things

Well done! I'm on day 13 ages feel fabulous. I use an app called I am Sober which really helps. I log in every morning and night plus you get support from the community. Just read the unexpected joy of being sober. Really determined this time. Go for it!

Well done . I was on day 4 and broke my streak . Back to day one today ! Feel dreadful .wish I didn't . @halfthesun day 13 is amazing . I read the unexpected joy of being sober , I really found that helpful before . Did u do anything else helpful in the first few days ? Wer u drinking daily ?

@mummy23121 daily drinker ... never drunk just not 100% present and complete lack of energy. I feel so happy and alive and must remember how great this feels. The app really helps as I pledge every day. You upload pictures of why you want to be sober and words of encouragement. How about you?
