I’ve been drinking far too much recently (about a bottle of red wine a night for the last month). I want to lose weight, improve my mood, save money and most importantly, feel fully alert and engaged for my new job I start next week. I figured the best way to achieve this is to quit drinking for the month of May. It’s going to be so tough, but I know that it’s something I need to do.
