60 days AF so far in 2024

I made it to March nearly a quarter of the way through the year!

I am struggling but battling on.

The benefits physically and mentally are worth it.

Good luck in March 2024 for those of us hanging in on the AF journey.

Happy Easter everyone! I'm enjoying indulging in the chocolate, without a hangover 👍🏼 We were invited to a party yesterday which we ended up swerving. And I'm very happy about it.
