Exact same here. It's just so hard sometimes to do everything right. Ur only human.

I am just dreading the morning and every one waking up and hating me 😔

Do you think you are ready to reach out for help? My mum was an alcoholic and my sister is, I know how hard it is. The first step is admitting it to yourself and you've already done that so well done.

My mum was/ is too. I know it’s so hard but I would say really try to stop with the ‘I don’t deserve anything’ narrative. My mum does this. All I want is a heartfelt apology and some reassurance that she will try to help herself and improve things for us all. The self pity just annoys me. I am sure you are a lovely person with a beautiful soul just from these short posts. Now just practice some self compassion, forgive yourself and work out how you can move on 💐
