I have to get sober . My children hate me drinking.
Im scared because I had a breakdown the last time I stopped as I couldn't deal with my emotions.

I drink far too much to control my emotions

You need to contact AA. They have online meetings and will give you a sponsor. You can’t stop drinking on your own.
