Helping a liver become healthy

This is the only place I could find to fit this in. My partner has been diagnosed with liver disease. His recovery depends on him no longer drinking and eating well and often.
There must be other people that have to support someone else in this situation, what are you going to do to meals, snacks and way to support this important person in your life. This is very new to me x

Look at ‘Dr Berg’ on YouTube. He does loads of diet related videos to help cure liver disease. Also Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting may also help. Good luck!

The main thing is he stops drinking. The liver is very forgiving. I would speak to a GP about hopefully getting in touch with a nutritionist but high protein is what I was advised when I had fatty liver. Which is now fully reversed. But the key was cutting out alcohol completely
