Favourite Dry/Sober apps?

Going dry for a while... then hopefully moderate or continued dry.. lets see. Did 9 weeks last year.

I used the NHS drink aware app. Are there any other apps people recommend?

I’ve not found an app I particularly like. What I did find useful was joining a Facebook group and setting up a sober instagram account to follow other sober/alcohol free folks? I found interacting with real people made the difference.

I use the TryDry app. I started using it for Dry January a couple of years ago and just use it to log my “teacups” (you get a little yellow teacup on your calendar on dry days), but I think you can also record mood etc. You can also set specific goals.

I find measurable achievement really motivating, so I found it helped me a lot in the early days
