Wasting my money on alcohol....

Ive just sat down and worked out how much I am spending on alcohol a week/ month.
Im drinking too much, stuck in a rut.
1 bottle wine a night plus some gin at weekends.
Im a fool and spending maybe £230 a month on the poison!
I need to give it up, so ashamed

Not wishing to frighten you but apart from the money please bear in mind......I am currently 10 days into a hospital stay with liver problems, including some permenant scarring and I drank less than you.....please do what you can to look after yourself

I had blood tests recently, for other reasons and all came back clear which surprised me!
I know what I need to do, just gotta bloody do it!
