Ooh thanks I'll try that! One Year No beer! I found them really uplifting and great for motivation as they are all about what you gain being AF rather than what you give up!
I've been recommended the sassy sober mum too!

And if I may I will offer my own podcast called '90 Days Later'. I talk about topics that I experienced and my clients experience as we transform our relationship with alcohol. Tips and techniques and stuff you can take action on.

... and I'll even accept topics my audience wants me to cover. So if you've got a burning question I'm happy to put it in my episode queue and answer. How's that for personal service 😀
