Hey! I just thought I'd let you know that our book is on a free promotion for Kindle Unlimited uses for the rest of today. (Link below)
Moderation is hard and definitely isn't for everyone. In fact so many people get so sick of it that they it easier to quit full stop.
That being said, if you are keen to start thinking about moderating and what you want to read a book that explores the topic, you might find it helpful. It really isn't for those who are aiming to stop completely.

Actually, we are at the dizzying heights of being number 3 in the free Health Recovery section so I'm going leave it on for another couple of days.
