Pain after drinking ?

Hi
does anyone get pain in there sides after drinking a lot ? I’ve been drinking a lot lately due to a past trauma and issues with regret. Now my side are hurting. I’m trying to cut down today I’m having less and not having spirits .

I imagine it's your kidneys dealing with it. Up your water intake a bit. Most importantly stop punishing yourself. Be kind to you
I do know that it's hard. I do it too.

I drink lots of red bush tea and water . Think that bottle of gin didn’t agree with me to much though !
