Has anyone tried it? £99 seems a lot but I guess not much compared to my wine purchasing. I think I need something to kick start me into quitting drinking.

I listened to the book Alcohol Explained by William Porter on Audible, there is a thread called Day 1 Alcohol Explained started by @OneDayIwillflyaway he is on YouTube & I think you can find a few free chapters. Sorry, no experience of other authors so I haven't really answered your question but this worked for me. Good luck in your journey.

Just to add, £99 is a lot of money to spend when there is so many free resources to explore.
