AF lent

Has anyone else been AF for lent? 4 weeks in & I'm surprised by how good I feel & I'm positively enjoying it, which is a surprise! All sorts of small ailments have cleared up too, no more constant hayfever like sniffles & no more achy joints. I recommend it

Are you doing it for lent or because you wanted to give up alcohol, or both?

Just started it as a bit of a health challenge. l was definitely overdoing it & wanted to take a break with the longer term hope of moderation but I appreciate that can really be a challenge.
