Really Specific Question re Aviva insurance

Does anyone have experience of claiming detox or rehab treatment through Aviva? Specifically through a company scheme (in this case RBS). DH and I have looked at the documents but it's very vague. We're talking about a substance addiction developed due to a long-standing MH condition which has been in treatment for a long time through NHS already.

Is this through a PMI policy? There is an added value service some companies add to their policies called Mental Health Pathway and if RBS have taken out the Plus version of this service, your DH will have access to an in-patient rehab programme. I would check your documents, especially your member guide, and it would probably also make sense for your DH to call Aviva and ask whether he'd be covered.
