We enjoyed dry January so much. We thought we would do dry February, romancing into the AF way of life 💖

Hi everyone 👋

I've started this thread for anyone who would like to carry on after DJ and do DF 😊
Everyone is more than welcome. This is a thread of support and kindness.

My reasons for wanting to do DF is basically January is flying in really quickly and I would like to carry on helping my body recover after years of drinking wine most nights.

Good luck for February 💖💐

Well done @Cleanbedlinen12. I think the secret is taking it one day at a time.

I've been feeling very muddled headed recently (in a kind of how I used to feel if I'd a couple of glasses of wine), even though I've not been drinking. Rather annoying!

Day 57 here..Picture of me at the beginning of Jan and today.

I have started eating better again, but I think ditching the booze has had a huge effect.

Thanks! It's not all down to booze but definitely think I have more motivation to eat better when not drinking.

I have lost a fair bit of bloat too!
