Tips for getting through the witching hour? My danger time is 5pm - back from work, kids driving me nuts, rushing around getting dinner ready and things sorted for the next day. Wine always seems to make this process smoother and less stressful. Once I’ve eaten dinner I’m “safe”! I just need to make it til then!

Have you got any quit lit? Or try some podcasts, janey Lee grace is good, and there's lots of others, there'll be one that suits you I'm sure.
I think preparation is key so give it a lot of thought and look at why you started getting drunk - for me it was about confidence and dealing with childhood abuse.
