a video I watched on facebook months ago about drinking alcohol?
It was aimed at cutting back on alcohol rather than stopping.
It was a kind of mindfulness video; being aware of each mouthful - the smell, the taste, the temperature etc etc
It made so much sense and I can't find it.
I want to send it to DS
