I was going to start after my birthday at the end of this week but want to start the next year of my life feeling fresh.
I know this is going to be hard to stick to but I’m hoping if I combine it with more exercise and healthy eating I’ll love the feeling so much more.
I go out a lot at weekends, with both family and friends and enjoy a few drinks with a meal so weekends are going to be my biggest challenge as I cut out mid-week drinking 3 weeks ago.
Anyone else starting or a few days in?
