I would say a bad week is a bottle of wine a night for 3 nights. A good week is 1 on 1 night. I’m at the point where having a few gins instead of wine felt like an achievement…
Generally convince myself it relaxes me. Fed up of being moody and tired the next day and it sky rockets my anxiety.
I’ve started ‘The Alcohol Experiment’, any other recommendations? I definitely want to cut back, I don’t want to drink every week/weekend. Ideally give up completely but one step at a time…
