I'm at a stage in life where I'm aware I drink too much. I would say I drink 5 nights a week, probably consume best part of a bottle on these nights.
Ironically I work in healthcare so you would think I would know better.
I don't want to be tee-total but I'm aware I need to reduce my alcohol intake.
Is there anyone similar who would like to join this thread and maybe we can support eachother?
