Worried I've damaged my liver

So I've been drinking 2/3 glasses of wine a night for about a month now in the run up to Christmas and the Christmas period.
Prior to that I had been having bottles a week during lockdown spread over 3/4 nights not necessarily consecutively.
I never have a hangover or feel bad the next day but it's readily dawned on me this evening about the damage it may have done to my liver.
From what I can read online it says you may get fatty liver of you drink for a period of time but can be reversed if you dont drink for 2 weeks.
But what about the damage to the liver that can't be reversed like cirrhosis etc how long do you have to be drinking and to what extent before you do that damage?
Please can someone explain to me thanks.

It will vary hugely from person to person. I know heavy drinkers - like seriously heavy - who've had liver function tests and they're fine and others who drink much less who aren't.
If you have no pain or worrying symptoms, you haven't turned yellow (that's not a joke) I wouldn't panic too much but if you're really worried you could go to your GP and ask for a liver function test.
