Day two is harder than it has ever been previously!

Hello. Just replying as looked like you needed some support. You are doing great. Edit some photos? Do some art or sewing? Read a book in bed? Go for a walk if you can?

Wallow in the bath, eat your bodyweight in sugar, Netflix/read/colour/Jigsaw

This has been my routine for the past few weeks. You can do it, get to day 5 and you'll feel better

Thanks, I am watching a bit of netflix tonight.

Will definitely do some book reading and art tomorrow. It's not helping that I am off work this week (freelancing / contracting and no work this week).

May buy some legos!

Does eating sugar actually help?

I've read that in a few places recently... May get some sugary drinks if so!

Reading, Netflix’s, yoga and long soaks in the bath. These things really help me.

Blackberryblossom · 30/11/2020 08:09

I thought about breaking out the lego too Smile

Tried so far : sudoku (which I hate but is really effective as a distraction), knitting (which has far fewer mistakes than previously) and playing my guitar. Netflix and long bubble baths are good too.

Well done!

I love the idea of the loom bands, I know we still have a box of them somewhere...the DC used to make long strings of them. I may need to ask them for some help.

Dyno · 30/11/2020 10:55

Oh, the loom knitting is different to loom bands. let me find a link - but loom bands are an ace idea (and scoobies may work too!)

This is the loom knitting thing: Link
