200 days Sober but frequent nighttime peeing

Probably pee 3 times a night - don't drink much liquid past 8pm is this normal? X

Do you drink a lot of liquids during the day? I also try not to drink after about 8pm, going to bed at say 10pm. Makes a big difference.

But, when it was hot and I was thirsty and drinking a can of fizzy pop or two in the early evening, I did have to get up more.
