I'm spiralling

I've been drinking way too much recently. I'm just getting so drunk every time and can never just stop.

Urgh. I feel sick even admitting this

There are lots of support threads in the alcohol topic I am on a couple. No judgement just support. I have been sober for nearly 5 weeks now and feel so much better.

I have had to quit as I cannot just have 1 it seems.

I’m just 10 days in and am a bit all over the place. Do feel a bit emotional. I’ve stopped watching the news as was getting tearful. And craving chocolate. I keep telling myself this time will pass.
